Information pursuant to art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code

We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Personal Data Protection Code, provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data; according to the stated legislation, the processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
The writer informs you that for the establishment and/or execution of relationships they are or will come into possession of personal data, therefore, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, provides the following information:

1.  the data provided will be processed in relation to contractual requirements and the consequent obligations deriving from them, as well as for the effective management of relationships; in particular for:
– legal obligations, related to civil, tax and accounting rules
– administrative management of the relationship
– fulfillment of contractual obligations
– management of archives
– management of correspondence and faxes

2. The processing and storage of data will be carried out with the aid of computer and/or paper means and tools, in manners suitable for guaranteeing its integrity, security and confidentiality;

3. the provision of data is mandatory for the fulfillment of legal and/or contractual obligations; any refusal to provide such data will result in the non-execution of the contract/the failure to continue the relationship; the consequences of failure to provide data not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the writer;

4. without prejudice to communications made in execution of legal obligations, the data may be communicated to external parties who perform specific tasks on behalf of the writer.

7. The data will be processed for the entire duration of the established relationships and also subsequently for the completion of legal obligations

8. at any time you may exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, through a written request.

Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
– the source of the personal data
– the purposes and methods of the processing
– the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments
– the identity of the controller, processors and the designated representative in the State territory, of processors or persons in charge.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
– updating, rectification or, when interested therein, integration of data;
– erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
– certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
– on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
– to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for performance of market research or commercial communication
